// About Texnolize

Texnolize is a professional hacker service.

We do not build our identity behind labels like ethical hacker, black hat, white hat, red team, blue team, or any other marketing terminology that often obscures substance. We work from the reality of attacks: how targets are mapped, attack surfaces analysed, vulnerabilities discovered, access obtained, controls evaded, trust abused, and small weaknesses chained into significant impact.

We understand how hackers work, how threat actors operate, and how criminals exploit systems. Not to play a role, but to dismantle their mindset, techniques, and operational logic before they have the opportunity to strike.

For us, security is not merely compliance, dashboards, certifications, or a list of controls that look good in an audit. Security is the ability of a business to survive when its systems are tested by those who do not follow procedures, do not respect boundaries, and do not care about an organisation's internal assumptions.

Texnolize helps businesses build cybersecurity that keeps pace with their growth, operational complexity, and technology adoption.

We work with MSMEs, startups, scale-ups, and mid-sized companies that increasingly rely on cloud, automation, digital applications, third-party integrations, APIs, payment systems, AI-driven workflows, and continuously evolving infrastructure. When technology transformation moves faster than security readiness, risks are not always visible. But attackers will see them.

Customer data, payment processes, cloud environments, APIs, employee accounts, third-party services, operational systems, and AI-driven workflows can become attack surfaces for phishing, fraud, account takeover, access abuse, ransomware, data leakage, business process manipulation, and service disruption.

The problem is not whether an organisation has technology. The problem is whether that technology can truly withstand being tested from an attacker's perspective.

We do not depend on tools, dashboards, checklists, or ideal conditions. Tools can be replaced. Mindset, adaptability, and understanding of attacker behaviour cannot be replaced — not even by AI.

Texnolize reverse-engineers attack patterns, techniques, behaviours, and trends to find compromise paths invisible to the organisation. We analyse how a single weakness can develop into initial access, privilege escalation, lateral movement, persistence, data exfiltration, fraud, or disruption to business operations.

We then transform how an attacker sees your business into the capability to stop them: narrowing the attack surface, breaking the kill chain, limiting the blast radius, protecting critical assets, and making exploitation expensive, slow, risky, and difficult.

Texnolize does not exist to make organisations look secure. We exist to ensure organisations are not easily defeated.

Founded by REC, Texnolize combines offensive security, incident response, security architecture, application and infrastructure protection, cloud security, secure development, and compliance readiness into a practical, measurable service model.

This approach provides access to enterprise-standard security practices without requiring businesses to build a large internal security division from the outset. We help organisations determine which assets are truly critical, which risks must be prioritised, which controls are effective, and which security decisions cannot be delayed.

We also build resilience in people, because many attacks do not begin with complex technical exploitation. They begin with one account, one email, one link, one fraudulent request, one leaked credential, or one unverified decision.

Texnolize security awareness programmes are designed for business owners, management, and employees, focused on real daily risks: phishing, fraud, social engineering, account abuse, data leakage, and impersonation. For existing technical teams or security functions, we provide deeper training and mentoring in secure development, cloud security, incident response, threat modelling, and sustained security control implementation.

We do not sell a feeling of safety. We make attackers lose the opportunity to do more.

We operate across multiple countries and regions, handling diverse industries and business models with varying risk levels, technology complexity, and growth pressure in:

// What We Deliver

01

Discover the Attack Path Before It Becomes an Incident

Many security assessments end with a report listing vulnerabilities, CVE numbers, CVSS scores, and backlog items. Criminals do not work from that list.

Texnolize assesses your business environment from the perspective of a motivated attacker. We test how exposed assets can be discovered, identities abused, APIs manipulated, cloud access leveraged, payment flows targeted, and how seemingly minor control weaknesses can be chained into fraud, account takeover, ransomware, data theft, or operational disruption.

Our approach combines penetration testing, application and API security testing, cloud and infrastructure assessment, identity and access testing, attack-path analysis, source code review, vulnerability research, and external attack-surface intelligence. All executed to realistically represent how hackers and cybercriminals operate.

The result is not just a risk register or a list of technical findings. You receive an evidence-based picture of vulnerabilities that can actually be exploited, how far an attacker can move within your environment, the potential business impact, and which remediation steps most effectively reduce risk exposure in a measurable way.

That is why our tagline is "Make Attackers Irrelevant" — because their zero-day is something we already predicted, their exploitation path is closed before they can even begin.

02

Control the Incident. Restore Operations.

When an incident occurs, priorities shift: stop the ongoing damage, protect critical business processes, and restore operations without introducing new risk.

Texnolize helps organisations make fast, directed decisions in uncertain situations. We help establish response priorities, coordinate technical actions, preserve necessary evidence, and ensure recovery steps do not erase critical traces or widen the impact.

Our support covers incident triage, containment coordination, at-risk account and access validation, affected asset isolation, data and service impact assessment, safe recovery, and remediation planning once conditions stabilise.

This applies to account compromise, phishing, fraud, malware, ransomware, suspected data leakage, cloud exposure, and suspicious activity requiring rapid decision-making.

The outcome is a more controlled response: disruption is contained, critical operations are restored safely, stakeholders receive clear direction, and the organisation has concrete remediation steps to prevent recurrence.

03

Build Security That Grows With the Business

Digital transformation expands risk faster than most organisations are prepared for. Every cloud service, third-party integration, user account, API, customer data flow, payment process, development pipeline, and AI implementation creates new exposure points that can be exploited if not properly designed, tested, and controlled.

Texnolize helps organisations build security foundations that can grow alongside the business. The focus is not adding bureaucracy or controls that obstruct innovation, but ensuring access, production systems, data, applications, and change processes remain under control as the company expands services, enters new markets, or increases its use of technology and AI.

Services include Zero Trust design, IAM and privileged access hardening, cloud and infrastructure hardening, network segmentation, application and API security, DevSecOps, Secure SDLC, secrets management, logging and detection engineering, AI governance, technology risk management, and security architecture review.

Every recommendation is structured so internal teams can implement it in practice, prioritised by risk, business impact, and operational readiness. This approach builds controls that are consistent, measurable, and accountable to customers, partners, auditors, and regulators.

The outcome is a more mature, controlled technology environment: more measured access rights, safer system changes, better-protected data, more responsible AI adoption, stronger operational resilience, and faster detection and response capabilities — without sacrificing business speed.

04

Build Trust Before It Becomes a Requirement

As businesses grow, security is no longer just an internal need. Larger customers, strategic partners, payment providers, investors, and regulated markets will assess whether the organisation can protect data, manage risk, maintain service continuity, and govern technology and AI use responsibly.

Texnolize helps organisations turn those demands into business strength.

We do not treat compliance as pre-audit documentation work. Our focus is building governance and security models that actually function: clear control ownership, documented risk decisions, implementable controls, verifiable objective evidence, third-party oversight, and remediation follow-through to completion.

Services include security maturity assessment, risk management, policy and control development, audit evidence preparation, supplier and third-party assessment, internal control review, findings follow-up management, security awareness programmes, business continuity readiness, and implementation support.

The result is not merely readiness to present compliance documents. The organisation gains an accountable trust foundation: smoother due diligence processes, more orderly audit preparation, stronger customer confidence, and a security foundation that supports expansion without obstructing business speed.

// Philosophy

Security Is Not Priced by the Report. It Is Priced by the Consequence.

Texnolize does not begin with a rate card, a generic package, or a pre-defined enterprise tier.

Before discussing scope, we assess what a successful attack could cost the business: fraud, lost revenue, service disruption, customer churn, regulatory exposure, recovery effort, reputational damage, and the consequences that continue long after the initial compromise.

That is the basis of an engagement. Not the number of consultant days, not the number of findings, and not the number of pages in a report.

Our commercial model is intentionally flexible. Fees and payment arrangements are structured around the client's actual exposure, growth stage, ability and willingness to invest, and the urgency of the risk. Where appropriate, work can be phased by priority and payments can be arranged across agreed milestones or periods — so critical security work is not delayed solely because a growing business does not operate with a large-corporate budget.

The experience behind Texnolize was developed in enterprise and high-pressure environments, where attackers do not care about company size, budget, or headcount. Startups, SMEs, and scale-ups now face the same criminal ecosystem as large corporations: automated reconnaissance, credential theft, account takeover, payment abuse, ransomware, data theft, supply-chain compromise, social engineering, and AI-enabled fraud.

Smaller businesses are often more exposed, not less. They adopt tools rapidly, depend heavily on cloud platforms and third parties, and may not yet have the visibility or security capacity to respond when something goes wrong.

Texnolize does not offer a diluted version of professional security for smaller organisations. We bring the same adversarial thinking, technical depth, operational discipline, and compliance-aware approach used in complex environments — then adapt the engagement so it is proportionate, practical, and commercially achievable.

What we provide is not a report for a compliance folder. It is direct, committed security work: understanding how an attacker would operate, proving where the business can be harmed, removing the weakness at its root, and leaving the organisation materially harder to compromise.

Enterprise security standards, with a measured adversarial approach, for businesses that need to minimise risk and eliminate unidentified exposure.
